Our goal is to get your new OvenMug to your doorstep swiftly and smoothly. We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days, and you can expect your package within 5-11 days if you're in the USA. If the wait seems long, remember good things come to those who wait – and a warm mug is definitely a good thing!

If you need to return your OvenMug, no stress! You have 90 days from the shipping date to send it back for a full refund or exchange. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. We'll handle the return shipping cost if we goofed up, and we'll sort it out quickly. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
